Trump is acting like a cornered rat with no way out, because he is a cornered rat with no way out.

There is no way out for Trump. If he fires people it will just add to his problems. If he pardons people that will just add to his problems.

There are at least five serious investigations with their sights set right on Trump, his kids, his people, his organization. There will be more. He will not survive. His fate is sealed.

The recent charges brought by the state of New York are very serious. We are looking at major tax fraud with his charity. The evidence was sent to the IRS. There may also be evidence of election fraud.

If it is proven Trump used veterans to get money for his charity for veterans and then spent the money on himself, that will set off a firestorm. Even Trump voters won't like that. Veterans will turn on him. Remember during the campaign when Trump backed out of a debate? He instead put on a big show raising money for veterans. He gave some money to veteran groups, it looks like he used the rest for himself and his campaign. This could turn into major story. Thats tax fraud and election fraud.

Trump has all these investigations heading right at him, his policies are now starting to hurt his base. Ripping children from their mothers on the border is a disaster for Trump. Tariffs are starting to hurt his voters. He will slowly lose support.

Everything is going to hit Trump all at once. It will happen suddenly. Trump, his family and his organization will be ruined. Many people who worked for Trump will go to prison.

Millions of Trump voters will suddenly realize Trump made complete fools out of them.

I do hope Gov Cuomo (ST NY) directs Underwood to refer the tax issue regarding the t rump charity and foundation to the State Taxation Dept....therein lies the hope for us, and the tumble of this house of cards..

I spent about a year proving that my little foundation to help kids get used computers is a real charity. There are lots of regulations, and it's actually criminal to violate some of them (like "self-serving&quot .

So of course that's what he's going to try. Everyone needs to be informed and ready to respond to increasingly desperate actions.

On Edit: I'm ultimately not concerned that he can pull it off, but it may get very ugly. And my fear is that he will try to incite civil conflict and domestic terrorism.

The only question left is , how much damage will he cause. We will survive, but it may take years to repair the damage.

I think that too. Surely those close to Trump must understand that time is not on his side ? Like a tree planted in a garden, the longer it goes on, the more roots the Mueller Investigation grows in the ground. If there was EVER a time for Trump to pardon everyone, sack Sessions and Rosenstein, surely that time is now. It's not going to get easier. He has a compliant and compliant Congress, who won't impeach him. If he waits until the Mid Terms, and the Dems win at the house, there is a clear path to uncover everything, and his goose will be cooked.

The ONLY way otherwise, is to collude with the Republicans and Russians again, to win the Midterms.

They will never hear the truth because it won't be on Faux. However, it hopefully will motivate all those people who sit out elections to get off their collective butts and VOTE!

It's really weird, hearing how they twist themselves into pretzels to say whatever he did was right. "Well, the best help for the veterans is MAGA, so Trump was right to pocket the money!"

We need to always ask, "Just tell me-- if anyone else had done this, would you be okay with it?"

To hear the Fox News poopies talk about how great Kim Jong Un is now.... It's almost unbelievable. They hated him a week ago, when the president was mad at him.
