They want to remake America int the serfs/oligarchs model just like Russia by doing the following:

End all public free education
End all healthcare programs
End all labor laws including overtime and child labor regulations
End any and all regulations on businesses
Steal all the Social Security and Medicare funds and give them to the oligarchs
Throw all elderly out of nursing homes since there's no more Medicaid
End freedom of the press
Only white male property owner repugs allowed to vote
End all alliances and treaties with liberal democratic countries, affiliate only with dictators

They will let the liberals/black/brown/women live to work for pennies, live lives of desperation, get sick and die young.

That's what Putin, drumpf Russian Repugs and Xi are really trying to accomplish here. Once he has wht he wants, Putin will destroy drumpf, but it could be too late for us and the country as we know it.

tell them fine, except I am going to die fairly soon. They look at me like I am joking since they can't believe it. It is a fact. Period. Then I tell them I have no problem with it since I won't have to suffer through any more of this shit show and watch my country go down the drain. See, there is a silver lining. I really do want him to go down in flames before I die though ....I really, really, really want that! That way I will die with a grin on my face.

expensive surgeries just to reduce the severe pain for a short time until I die. I can't work and have the ACA with tax credits and this will use up my entire family's savings too. When it gets really bad I am going to Amsterdam or Switzerland and die when I am ready. My family is cool with this since that is how we are and always have been. We are very realistic, practical and don't answer to any religions. I chose not to have kids and my little dog is 15, but still healthy, so I don't have anyone to be responsible for so it all works out nicely, except for the fucking moron who is raping MY country. I hope I am able to come back and haunt the bastard and make him even crazier.

Living with a fatal autoimmune disease myself. Luckily I am in remission at this time, thanks to a great medical team and Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and, yes, Medicaid. I will do fine until the repugs strip health insurance from me and there are others in the same boat. My goal is to live long enough to see some progress with the Resistance to the monsters in charge.

This is primarily about 4 things:

1) Greed. The pure unfettered greed of those who will do anything to make their big piles of money even bigger.

2) Power. Money buys power.

3) Ideology. Republican ideology against government programs to help people -- especially if it negatively impacts #1 & #2 above.

4) Revenge. Trump seeks revenge against Obama by doing everything he can to erase Obama's accomplishments and legacy. It doesn't matter how many people are hurt (including his own voters) because this malignant narcissist is entirely self centered.

#4 is the overriding motivation of this POtuS, but 1-2-3 remain constant with Rethugs regardless of the current shitstain in the White House.

But it's really freaking tiresome. They've been coming after the safety-net my entire adult life three decades now. It's obvious, they say it. Why so much of this country wants to focus on the evil liberal Boogeyman when these f****** wants to screw them left and right is beyond me.

Their tax scam they took a trillion out of Medicaid, and a half trillion already out of Medicare, and already working on another tax cut so they can reduce them even more , then destroy Social Security. Their tax scam was just that for 98% of us , and wages are the same or going down. Add skyrocketing prices if you were lucky enough to keep your ACA , they say it'll go up 90% within the next two to three years because of trump and the GOP again doing everything they can to destroy it. While they also are destroying the EPA so if that makes you sick tough luck. People better vote , if we still can this next election, or its not rigged again by putin.

Social Security and Medicare trustees confirm: GOP policies have hurt both programs, by Michael Hiltzik, LA Times, 6/5/18

And what they tried to do to Medicare in their ACA repeal bills that had almost unaminous Republican support

And other ways they tear down elder healthcare -

Trump admin rolling back use of fines against nursing homes, The Hill, 12/26/17

The Trump administration is reportedly rolling back the use of fines against nursing homes that have been cited for violations such as neglect or mistreatment.

The move comes after the nursing home industry requested the change in the Medicare program's penalty protocols, The New York Times reported over the holiday weekend.

The American Health Care Association had argued that inspectors were too focused on finding wrongdoings at nursing homes instead of assisting the facilities.

because the media keeps 'debating' the merits of horrid actions by Trump and his administration that do not deserve debate.

Dems need to emulate Krugman, Ted Lieu and Adam Schiff and put the implications of further GOP control in plain English.

One can ridicule Trump's grade school phraseology, but it cuts to the point, no matter how false the message.

They aid and abet all his hair-brained scams, plus they come up with their own bullshit policies and priorities that hurt regular Americans - and they know Trump will sign whatever legislation they pass.
