Guiliani is obstructing justice by following the orders of Donald Trump.

He is just following orders.

Because Donald Trump knows it is obstruction to offer pardons to those under investigation. It would make him look complicit and guilty. So he sends Rudy out to do the dirty work.

Rudy tells the lies that Donald wants him to tell. He does everything in his power to tear down the Mueller investigation. He makes demands as to what they can investigate and for how long. His last ultimatum was that they finish by July 4th.

Rudy says what the trump wants him to say. And what the trump wants him to say could very well be construed as obstruction of justice by the Special Counsel and the grand Jury.

Rudy Guiliani is taking a heck of a gamble by sticking his neck under the guillotine for Donald Trump.

The odds are that his head would roll in the basket before he could get a pardon of his own...
