Taking a Drive with the Kids for Father's Day...

As a single mom, I'm calling it today... A nice road trip around the Lake, lunch at a local bar/burger joint in Incline...finished with a concert on the Beach in Tahoe City! The weather is weird, looks like some T-Storms could make it interesting.

I'm taking a risk making 2 teens come along for the trip...surely fights over the music in the car will ensue. But I think a little time out of the house is in order and since my Mother's day kinda sucked, I figure I'm due!!!

I need to take a break from worrying about the awful going on in our country. I'm sure we all need that break once in a while.
For all the moms who are dads, and the dads who are moms, the dads who are married to other dads, dads in heaven and those who are sitting in their lazy boy watching whatever game is on today... (and for those dads who are unable to see their kids because of ICE )
