And his administration is fine using/hurting minorities and poor people to get his monument/wall.

8. Exactly. Give me the wall, I'll release the kids. If you don't, it's YOUR fault...

being made by this administration. Kidnapping and blackmail of children by the United States of America is NOT something that I ever thought I would live to see. The US is not in violation of International Laws! How disgusting is that? This nightmare cannot end soon enough, and the perpetrators of these atrocities need to be brought to justice. They cannot continue to be allowed to get away with these criminal acts. And to the fact our repub congress critters do not act is unthinkable. Sorry for the rant, but I have never been this angry, not just at the events on our borders, but by the number of so called Americans that claim "family values" that support these actions by the criminal in chief and his minions.

NOTE* I am so proud of our Democratic Congressmen and Congresswomen who spent today, Father's Day, shedding light on what is happening. A big THANK YOU to the people who spent their Father's Day supporting immigrants with demonstrations. RESIST and PERSIST!

4. Right now, there is only one place that the wall could be built.

A small stretch of federal land in Texas, and even then the wall would be a mile from the
border. The land south of the wall would effectively ceded to Mexico.
Even the Rio Grande itself would be on the south side of the border.
The concept of the wall is deeply flawed .
The rest of the border lands are either privately owned or reservations. Domain has
not been established, and that might not ever happen. Even if domain could be established,
it could take years. The TOTAL BS about the wall is a hoax.

6. There are many natural barriers that make a wall impractical.

All trying to put up a wall will do is lead to people making risky efforts to get by it, so more deaths.

The $25 billion would be better spent setting up facilities to allow people that want to come here for seasonal work undergo background checks, with where we work with their national governments to make the checks effective. The system would be win-win for everyone, people come here for seasonal work and go home when done, they send money home and help their economies, they do work here Americans won't do and help our economy, and finally, we don't waste precious money on dumbass ideas.
