It is great they said something. Now it needs to be consistent smack-down. They should stop going to the White House "press" briefings too. Treat him like the criminal he is and just publish the facts without giving them a chance to spin it.And, for fuck sake, keep Rudy Giuliani off the air. The MSM need to start calling out the lies on Faux News too. I'm getting ready to ask the company I work for if they have plans to do anything about this. This needs to end. The whole farcical dumpster administration needs to end now. They need to be sent packing off to prison.

We need journalists at the WH briefings to call out their lies and spread it.
Stop giving the fvcking imbecile Giuliani and the lying harpy Conway any air time and CNN, for god sake to begin with get rid of Jason Miller, Jack Kingston and Steve Cortes..and the pathetic little weasel Rick Santorium.
They are actually paid by CNN to spew/spin and lie some more.
What's the point of them being there?

Publishing government photos amounts to a news conference, not journalism. It's a dog-and-pony show. The Times publishes news, it SELLS advertising.

If the government wants to sell something, let them take out an advertisement.

Even he agrees that sometimes it's valid, and when it is, go ahead and say. He just doesn't like it used for everything people don't like. And in the nightmare we're living through right now, it's totally apt. https://www.washingtonpost.com/posteverything/wp/2015/12/14/sure-call-trump-a-nazi-just-make-sure-you-know-what-youre-talking-about/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.045da3bf7bdd

government propaganda in the past. And they have always found a way to give Donald Trump a pass for his awful behavior. They are the very exemplars of both-siderism.

I wonder if there is a repository of screenshots that highlight the difference (it's so much more powerful than plain text.) If not, I may have to create one.

on our side, etc., what the hell is this OP about here on DU Home Page?

The NYT spoke to Stephen Miller on the record with audio and they spiked it because the White House “were not comfortable using the audio...when they found out his voice was going to be on a podcast they were not happy about it. So they asked us not to use it.”

I'm not so sure about the media (NYT) finally doing the right thing re: "propaganda" here. I don't trust them. I almost don't trust any big money venture to be genuinely looking out for what are really our (as in We the People) best interests anymore.
