that's why Sarah and Nielsen are saying - he wants complete legislation on this and not just something that ends this Zero Tolerance Policy. His idea of complete legislation is to get his funding for the Wall. He is using the children as his pawns to blackmail the Dems to shoulder the blame for this inhumane treatment of these kids because they failed to give him legislation that provides monies for the Wall. Their talking point is that they don't want to kick the can down the road and they want this issue solved once and for all.

Again - if I were the Dems I'd work with those Repugs that have some compassion and put forth legislation that closes the loophole that Nielsen was talking about. Such legislation will not get the support of all the Repugs and this will fail. Then the Dems can turn this around and show the American People who the real obstructionists are.
