that apparently still doesn't work 45 years later. If it did, Kims nuke threat would be laughable. He's just pulling shit out of his ass now. Before we have YET ANOTHER Intel or military branch...the citizens of the USA want HEALTHCARE...and we want it NOW.
How's GWBs Dept of Homeland Defense shaping up? What exactly DO they do now that the iraq and Afghanistan and syrian wars are all but over? That was a fear-based 20% increase in govt when that "branch" was added on, to give military types jobs and GWB votes from the same. It seems to be (generally), another stateside job opportunity for folks who spend a year or two in the military. What DO they do? We got enough tattooed ex military cops beating everyone and shooting folks they're scared of. When does it end?
When DHS starts ratcheting on the civilians bc they don't have anything better to do...it's time to disband them. How's that airport security lately? making flying the beautiful thing it is? Or a nightmare?
