Its the Dems fault when on tape they announced this would be started by THEM, and remember he said how much he hated this happening again proving he's lying by being behind doing this to children all along. Remember trump has a majority in the House and in the Senate, so he's promoting their suffering and permanent damage he's doing to them. Remember they've passed and signed into law to cut food programs for children, they cut children's health care, destroying the EPA, and remember trump and the gop were responsible for hundreds if not thousands of children needlessly suffering or dying in Puerto Rico, where we've now finding out the real death tole is greater than 4600. And remember trump and the gop refuse to change guns laws protecting children in our schools. What they claim ,and what they do is totally different. This was not only because of the color of their skin, but was done for personal political gain from trump and the gop ,by intentionally hurting children.
