JEB Stuart Elementary School to be renamed Barak Obama Elementary

RICHMOND, Va. -- The Richmond Public School board voted Monday night to change the name of J.E.B. Stuart Elementary to Barack Obama Elementary School, reports the CBS affiliate there, WTVR-TV. The new name was chosen from a total of seven finalists. The vote was six-to-one.

The board voted 8-1 earlier this year to rename the school. J.E.B. Stuart was a Confederate general.

Students, parents, staff, and community members all submitted ideas for the school's new name.

About 95 percent of the school's student body is African-American. Many of the new school name options represented influential African-American civil rights leaders including Barbara Johns, Oliver Hill, and Henry Marsh.

Take THAT, Stuart, you fucking traitor! An African-American man is taking your place! You belong on the shitheap of history. Barack Obama will be remembered fondly long after people have forgotten you and that stupid-ass ugly beard!

It being the city of Richmond makes it slightly less shocking but still from J. E. B. To Obama is a bold move.

One school board member voted no. She is a Democrat. Her reason was that the school should be named after a local black educator. She knew Barack would have lots of things named for him. There was an elementary school in Richmond named for the first black principal in town and it is now closed. I think naming if for him was her preference. She did admit the kids voted for Barack though.

Its great that it was changed to Obama...but for me the fact that another scumbag traitor's name is removed from a public building is even better. Fuck the confederacy (small "c" 'cause fuck 'em, don't deserve anything but) and fuck tRump and all the deplorable snowflakes...go cry about it.
