but he may be trying to protect himself from electoral backlash. (LOTS of Dems trying to run for governor, so this adds to the confusion.)

this is why it doesn't pay to have a republican, Maryland.

Imagine a governor who makes the right decision the first time. This was a no-brainer to reject Trump. Did Hogan even poll us?
