Twitter Baffled By Trump's Call for Stronger Borders to Stop... Canadian Shoe Smugglers

During his remarks at the National Federation of Independent Businesses today, President Trump took a moment in between talking about immigration and child separation to go after Canada again.

“Canada, they like to talk,” he said, “they’re out great neighbor. They fought World War II with us, we appreciate it. They fought World War I with us and we appreciate it, but we’re protecting each other.” And then he said this:

“There was a story two days ago in a major newspaper talking about people living in Canada coming into the United States and smuggling things back into Canada because the tariffs are so massive. The tariffs to get common items back into Canada are so high that they have to smuggle ’em in. They buy shoes and they wear ’em. They scuff ’em up, they made ’em sound old or look old.”

So now drumpf doesnt want Canadians to come shopping in the US? I'm sure they will be glad to get their shoes from Italy instead, better quality anyway.

not far from Toronto and a huge population. The Canadians are a major contributor to our retail and restaurant economy. If he keeps this nonsense up it will hurt our stores and restaurants big time. Our country can't continue with this ignorant psychopath at the helm. Something must be done.

Is she a citizen? Of where? Does she have papers?
How do we know they're not a deep state forgery
or some fakey fake news flimflammery??????
