Small caps continue to over perform. That is one of the major stories of the market in recent months. The Russell 2000 actually closed up for the day. I feel kind of stupid because I sold some small and mid cap index shares a couple of months ago when I thought they were already too rich compared to the S&P.
The S&P finished down just .40% today and Nasdaq down .28%. Dow was the laggard at -1.15%.
I have a biotech fund XBI that reached an all time high today and closed up more than 1.4%
