I am afraid this country is falling fast with a dangerous man at the wheel. We need someone with power to say and do something, this shit of laying back and Tweeting is crazy. Grab a mic and get on the tube and confront all the bullshit! The silence is deafening, we need chaos in reverse the chaos!

How's about they walk and chew gum and come up w an omnibus set of charges against dt and family for money laundering in NY? State charges all around so no pardons....how hard is this stuff folks? We aren't re-inventing the wheel. Laws are on the books.

Any time another govt- a state govt- can file a suit, the ACLU should let them.
ACLU can always join or file an amicus.

Under New York state law the attorney general lacks fundamental legal authority to bring criminal cases. Indictments can be sought only after another state agency makes a referral to the state attorney general. The state charities bureau could make such referrals, but because it is under the attorney general no indictments could be brought.

There is one person who can persuade Underwood to indict Trump, his three oldest children and others—New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo.

He can direct the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance to refer the matter as a tax crimes offense. The attorney general, Underwood, could then seek indictments.

Cuomo takes email via this form. His Twitter is @NYGovCuomo.

Call his office at 518-474-8390.
