There are a lot of infertile people in this country and this would be a giant influx of available babies. There are greedy people probably thinking exactly this.

Then the older kids will get farmed out to foster homes, many of which could be scumbags that get supplemental pay for food and shelter for having foster kids in their home.

I fear for a lot of these left behind children
