Terryfing. But if this is the case, we may expect MORE families trying to cross no less! This isn’t a deterrent but a mass scale children traffiking. And it is all justified to them with a bible, adopting a child gives them the moral high ground. The unintended consequences to our country will be astronomical inclusing economy.
