For Republicans, what has Trump done besides the Trump/Ryan Tax Scam

He's appointed RW federal judges, but any Republican president would have done that...

He's demolished the EPA and the Dept of Education, as well as the State Department. He's signed executive orders repealing or overriding regulations on the environment and on big business. He's probably gone further than almost every other Republican would have done, especially with the State Dept.

But, has he done anything for those people in the rust belt states that are going to get slammed by tariffs?

Just curious on this one.

That is all it takes to "win" for conservatives. As long as they see the other side suffer, they are more than satisfied. They will gladly suffer themselves while Trump enriches himself as long as the other side suffers, preferably worse than them.

The exceptions are the uber-wealthy. Most vote Republican based on their (perceived) social/cultural interests. And most people don't make the connection between policy and those responsible for said policy.

Trump's judicial appointments are more radical and greater in number than most presidents at this point in their first term, so that is no minor accomplishment. And it's absolutely terrifying.
