Kobach instructs counties to continue proof of citizenship law

in defiance of court order to stop immediately, and the order to go back to law school, and the new law suit filed by ACLU against his little Crosscheck program.

His excuse? The word immediately is open to interpretation.

But, no! And he'll use the "liberal judge" canard when he gets slapped with contempt.

The ink isn’t even dry and he is disobeying a court order.
The court even directed that he take legal classes because his skills/ knowledge at trial were so deficient.

Seems to be arrogant enough to think he doesn't need to learn anything.

But I know he’s in the thick of the fight to repress the vote. A fight we have been losing in several states. I think it should be more than contempt of court. If these guys face to prison and huge fines every time they tried to take Americans rights away. I beat this horse a lot though and I think he’s a Yale Law grad. I did enjoy seeing how inept he was in court though

Kobach’s office tells counties to stop asking for proof of citizenship

I suspect he switched, and they changed the article, rather than write a new one. But you might want to update.
