Entrapment

the action of tricking someone into committing a crime in order to secure their prosecution.

Trumpco has been entrapping these immigrants at the border. The only places they can legally cross for asylum are the checkpoints. Donnie has closed the checkpoints. The only thing they can do is go back to the towns close to the border where the gangs and cartels will kill them, kidnap them for ransom, rape them, etc. Or they can go back to their home country where the same thing will happen. Or they can try to cross the river and be arrested if they survive. Their only choice is to commit a misdemeanor and cross the river where Donnie and his bootlicking goosesteppers are waiting. Tricking someone into committing a cirme in order to secure their prosecution. Donnie thinks he will score big points with all the arrests, but like everything else he does, it is a lie.

I wonder if Trumpco and/or ICE can be sued for this as well as the kidnapping, child abuse, etc.

Donnie, Cruella with the yellow hair, and the Keebler Elf must be so proud they thought this up.

Just a thought.

If these poor people stay in the border towns of Mexico because they can't go through the checkpoints they become sitting ducks for criminals. If they cross the border and get caught, they lose their kids and don't get a chance to apply for asylum. All this after a a long trek by foot, train and backs of trucks covering 1,000 miles where they probably lost what little money they had.

What a horrible situation to be in. Absolutely horrible.
