A Message to Trump Supporters: I wish I could support him...
But, I have read history. I understand that it is not about the flag. It is about the men and women that have died for the flag.
It is about our Allies that have fought side by side with us, so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we enjoy today. All of us have the freedom to say what we want and to vote for whom we wish. That is what Americans have fought and died for.
But, personally, I have a problem when our leaders support tyrannical dictators and stab our Allies in the back. It is unpatriotic.
I cannot support someone who embraces dictators like Duterte of the Philippines, Erdogan of Turkey, Xi of China, Putin of Russia, and Kim Jung Un of North Korea. Some of them have murdered their own family members. That is not what our men and women died for.
It is not about Democrats and Republicans. It is not about politics. I implore you to open your mind and your eyes and to look clearly.

Granted, on DU, you are probably correct.
They's love to put everybody that disagrees with them in the summer camps, especially liberals. But, in my opinion, it goes deeper than just Party label.
