The kids are grown; their daughter apparently married (and divorced) a thug who ended up flipping on Manafort.

(34,661 posts)he will now be subject to Asset Forfeiture for Expenses for conducting Court ordered investigations and other things.
He will be in Chapter 7 by this time next year. All his Mortgages are most likely in default and subject to Legal actions.

And the judge can go "Okay, whatev's Gee!"
Is that just in the rich people rules, or is it something high-powered lawyers do because "it's worth a shot"?
