I am no lawyer, but if somehow Tom Arnold had access to the so-called tapes, would that evidence even be admissible? I would hope so, but who knows. I'm guessing that this is an attempt by Cohen to pick up a few bucks for his legal bills and some publicity for Arnold's show.

Having said that, if it screws Trump over I take back everything.....
