There is one in DC and one in Connecticut that are being confused with the one in Lexington, VA.

The Jones case was allowed to go forward because it arose prior to Bill Clinton becoming POTUS. There is a argument that a lawsuit by the Red Hen could be abated while trump is in office. The law is not clear.
