Can the Red Hen sue Trump for libel? He called it dirty, with no proof

In fact, he's never visited the place. He's using his official account to destroy a small business. The business should be able to fight back.

The Jones case was allowed to go forward because it arose prior to Bill Clinton becoming POTUS. There is a argument that a lawsuit by the Red Hen could be abated while trump is in office. The law is not clear.
