I’ll take Pence over Trump thank you. He may be a rightwing religious ideologue who will do damage, but trump is an unhinged criminal. We have a money laundering traitorous mobster in the house.

I was watching c-span last nite, just caught a brief moment of it, and it was mentioned that Pence talks to Joe Biden a lot. That gave me a tiny bit of reassurance. Now he may be chatting him up for VP to former VP advice, but I have to think theres a little bit of influence rubbing off. Maybe.

By Manafort for Pence. Mike just doesn’t go around rubbing his links to Russia in our noses. Unlike tRumpolini he has a filter before he speaks.

Pence’s brother was part of Cummings, which is a large industrial company owner by Russian oligarchs.

My hope is that Mueller gets the both of them out of office if he finds Pence is complicit or corrupt. My reality says it might not happen, and my hope is that Pence doesn't have the spine to overtly sell out the u.s. to the russians the way Trump has. At least, not as FAST. And he doesn't have the balls to plow over rule of law when there is pushback by the people and Congress. Another interesting tidbit about Pence: they say he was raised in an abusive, authoritarian household, and the thought is that's why he bows to Trump. That kind of chaos is his norm.

Of course I will be voting Democratic all the way & voting in every single election!

Otherwise he's a more clever, subtle, religiously fanatical, and diabolical version of Trump.

But at this point I think we are better off with him impeached at the least. Pence would be weakened assuming we win 2018. That is crucial.

There is no way Trump is getting impeached without Democrats at least taking back congress and it does matter if Trump is impeached. Signaling that we are going to be to cowardly to impeach Trump if significant crimes are uncovered after the if investigation only helps republicans in the present and encourages further cheating in future elections.

Then WE can all party.

You say you read a lot here, but there are dozens of posts every day on DU about the critical importance of the upcoming elections.

That said, your thoughts on impeachment itself are void of any real context. It's as if impeachment isn't understood in any way.
