If you think the travel ban decision was bad, wait until Janus tomorrow

The USSC is about to gut Public sector unions tomorrow at around 10am. I don't know how much more of this crap I can take. We already know the way in which 8 of the justices will vote.... is there really any mystery how Gorsuch will vote?

Big thanks to Susan Surandan and the other RF's that helped Mitch McConnell.

Gorsuch is predictable.
Kennedy and Roberts not so much.

I for one am saving my crying for when the decision is out.
Which does not have to be tomorrow. Thursday is more likely.

They both voted to gut public sector unions last time in Friedrichs v CTA. It was held 4-4 only due to Scalia's death. Janus v AFSCME is essentially the same case. Unless the Justice's minds have changed in the past couple years, then this is up to Gorsuch.
