Tense exchange between Elaine Chao and people protesting family separations at the border

Wow. A very tense exchange here between Elaine Chao and people protesting family separations at the border. "Why don't you leave my husband alone!" she shouts, pointing her finger in their faces.

Really?

The simple answer would be that he's the majority leader of the United States Senate. How about if he leaves the rest of us bereft of his presence there?

The only thing that would have made this better is for someone to have shouted, "You're an immigrant too! How can you support this?"

Mitch McConnell has said “one of my proudest moments” was looking Obama in the eye and telling him he would deny him a Supreme Court seat.
