Chris Matthews just went on a righteous rant

about Dems needing to do NOTHING on replacing Kennedy until elections. They were trying to cut to trump's reaction, and Chris said he didn't care, trump wasn't going to get to pick the replacement. Go Chris!

Trump's pick is not going to be confirmed, period. There are enough policies in place in congress that will allow a minority to stop the Trumps pick for confirmation until the Trump Russia issue is resolved. Remember this is the calm before the storm as the Special Counsel on top of the hill ready to let the ball start rolling about obstruction and collusion within the GOP and the NRA. As that ball rolls and grows and info gets out about Putin and Trump and the GOP and the NRA its going to be great. That comment by dem congressman Swalwell and others are prepping the US conscience to deal with the fact a man many worship has tried to take those same followers to the cleaners. Trust me the Trump faithful will just ship as Trumps misdeeds are in black and white writing. It is going to be 4 against 4 on the USSC for the rest of Trumps time in office.

All they go to do is hold off on confirming a justice until the Russia investigation puts Trump front and center pus the economy is TANKING. There is no way McTrurle is going to be able to get enough votes until the investigation is finished. Its a great day enjoy!

Trump's pick wouldn't be confirmed if the senate was operating before Mitch McConnell.
But his whole cause since 2009 has been "Wipe the Name of the Uppity Black Guy out of the Presidency No Matter What" - and he's willing to go nuke again to make sure his sorry Russian Mobster collaborator ass is protected after the mid-terms just in case the Democrats manage to take back either the House or the Senate.

He's been playing the grey areas of the law and the Constitutional definition of Treason way too much lately, and he knows it.

I'm not so sanguine that Chris is right.
