1. Every birth above stasis, adds an additional $360K to the state and local tax burdens. Enjoy!

.

Between health and birth costs, school, WIC, housing, heating assistance, etc....

The average cost to support a new child is around $360K over the span of 18 years.

As it will take 18 years for the full effect to hit, those states will be nearing fiscal collapse.

Example, kept very simple, by just sticking with basic education... A flat 10K new births a year.

The first year of school adds $16,500 (school & transportation) to a local tax base, or $165,000,000
The second year, $16,500 x 20,000 = $330,000,000

Just by the second year, we're at an additional $330 MILLION to the state and local budget.

You get the gist with the rest of this.

These RED States are going to be FUCKED!

So, once these states start screwing with the natural birth and death ratios, and increase the birthing rates...

they will be collapsing under their own weight. Unless, they cut education all together, or home school them.

If they are not helping it will not cost them anything except maybe a burial which will be a poor mans funeral and maybe cost $200-$400 just once for those people.

This is what playing paddy-cake with the GOP gets you. The women’s march was the biggest in history but this development will affect more than just women.

If we are going to keep our kids from living in a legal hellscape for the next generation, something is going to have to happen in this moment. And it’s not going to be Congress that has to act but the people en made.

“Justice for Garland, and Garland for Justice” could be the rallying cry of the resistance. If Trumb says he wants to bring a divided country together, then force him to nominate the concensus nominee that is still owed a hearing. If he is horrified by his staff getting kicked out of a restaurant, let him see what an entire city’s worth of people in opposition looks like.
