In many states, Georgia, New York, Texas and Washington, to name a few, there are groups of people who aid women in getting to appointments, providing free childcare, and free places to stay while seeking an abortion.
You can volunteer for full "hosting" or you can drive or offer childcare - something - to help women exercise their right to an abortion.
Yes, that does sometimes mean crossing state lines. Most times, the woman gets herself to the necessary locale. Not always though.
The need to cross state lines is increasing in some areas as the number of clinics dwindle.

Any law imposed on women/girls without any actual consideration for the rights of women/girls is a law I do not have to follow.
Obedience - to an authoritarian government - is the invisible chain of your oppression.
