Fux News: "Schumer Wants To Invoke The 'Biden Rule' on Kennedy Replacement." Uh..no...

Fux News sneered that Schumer is insisting Congress follow the 'Biden Rule,' and wait until after the election to nominate Kennedy's replacement.

Actually, no, fuckfaces. It's now called THE MCCONNEL RULE. You created it, and you OWN IT. In Schumer's own tweet he refers to McConnel's new 'rule,' which he created for the 2016 election; and never mentions a word about the 1992 'Biden Rule.'

The McConnel Rule: if the President is a Democrat who nominates a SCOTUS Justice ONE YEAR before an election, you have to wait until AFTER the election. But if the President is a Republican who nominates a SCOTUS Justice FIVE MONTHS before an election, you have to vote on it BEFORE the election.

The Biden Suggestion that Nobody Paid Attention To, Much Less Used was a pause button: During the hot zone of a campaign -- midsummer to the first Tuesday of November -- table it.

However, on the first Wednesday of November, back to business. Move it along.

What McConnel did bore as much resemblance to that as a crossing guard does to a gore-splattered berserker.
