Turnout citywide for yesterday's Dem primaries was 10%, per data whiz @SR_spatial.
Broken down by district:
District 5 (Meeks) 4%
District 9 (Clarke) 9%
District 11 (Dems) 9%
District 11 (GOP) 18%
District 12 (Maloney) 15%
District 14 (Crowley) 12%
District 16 (Engel) 10%

The are for the most part safe, and so low turnout is to be expected.
I'm not saying that we should accept the results, but those districts are expected to remain safely in the Democratic Party.
