Democratic Party leaders---FYI:

A whole lot of us grunts expect a lot more passion and righteous indignation from you about the fact that Trump is about to nominate ANOTHER wing nut to the SCOTUS. We've heard entirely too much resignation, defeatism and "We're in the minority. What can we do?"

We are ready to rise up and surround the Capitol, invade Congressional offices or shut down major highways. WE are ready to raise more hell than this nation has seen since the Viet Name protests. But, we need inspired leadership. We need leadership that is just as pissed off as we are.

If you aren't ready to take extraordinary action to counter an unprecedented fascist in our White House many of us will consider you complicit in the crimes being committed against us. We need Profiles in Courage; not shadows of caution.

This was yesterday posting.

A few generations had the honor of being at a pivotal junction of human history.

The future of many generations to come as well as history itself depends on our effort to stand against the current madness engulfing us.
We are the generation that has been entrusted with such honor, not by choice but by destiny.
This is the fight of our life and our purpose to exist at this moment in time.
We must not falter. we must not hesitate. we must not doubt our resolve or purpose.
America, this great experiment in human history must go on. We will prevail as failure is not an option.

country to the other, screaming from the rooftops that this would be the result of a Trump presidency. I also remember other voices "from the left" who were screaming that they wouldn't be "blackmailed" into voting the way "the leadership" wanted them to. I also remember those same voices agreeing with Stein & Sarandon that a Trump presidency might not be so bad, and many swallowed that message hook, line & sinker.

They got exactly what they wanted because they helped create it, and now we're all just supposed to get over what happened, and join "the revolution" they sought to bring about.
