Have other Senators suggested that Trump could be under indictment? Laurence Tribe is one of the most high profile Constitutional experts to believe that a President could be indicted while in office, but it is even more significant, I think, when a Senator (and attorney) agrees.

What the nominees will do is lie. Plain and simple. Act all "gosh and golly" like Gorsuch...then crucify the last 50+ years of Supreme Court rulings.
