Brett Kavanaugh has argued "presidents should not be bothered by probes and lawsuits"

That's rich coming from him considering his history.

A protégé of Ken Starr, Kavanaugh played a lead role in drafting the Starr Report, which urged the impeachment of President Bill Clinton.[1] Kavanaugh led the investigation into the suicide of Clinton aide Vince Foster.

toward Don Jr, Eric, Ivanka, and take them all down. Also, the businesses are all LLCs, not in Trump's name. Bankrupt the LLCs.

Would any justice appointed by Trump have to recuse himself if impeachment reaches the court? Could it come down to the four remaining liberals and the three non-Trump justices? Wouldn't that be loverly?
