Eleven people died when a duck boat capsized.

Branson, Mo., a duck boat carrying 31 people overturned. Of the 31, eleven dead, five are missing and several injured. The search for the missing will continue today. Severe storms in the area near Table Rock Lake, may have been the reason for the boat to capsize.

The lawyer in that case has called for a ban on duck boats, pointing out that if they go down passengers can be trapped under the canopy, making escape and rescue very difficult. In Philadelphia there was negligence on the part of the captain; he was sentenced to prison.
