Hey, we all know that 4% is unrealistic, but that's the bar that he set for himself.
So far, 2018 doesn't look good. 2.2% in the first quarter and 4.2% in the second quarter. That's 3.2% on average, which would be totally fine. Except in the third quarter there will be the impact of him sabotaging US foreign trade with tariffs.
