Iowa caucus goers are staunch conservatives and there is a very active Evangelical base that shows
up for the caucuses.

These are the people who would wade through a snow storm to caucus for the person that they support. They
turn out in high numbers. These people are the reason why Huckabee won the last Iowa caucuses. These
people HATE Mitt Romney. They think he is a liberal.

The recent surge of Santorum has given this Evangelical contingent a reason to caucus. Before, the vote
was split between Bachman, Gingrich, Perry and Santorum. Now that there's an emerging Evangelical
frontrunner--this will incite even more of them to vote for him.

I think Santorum will probably win. Ron Paul will garner around a quarter of the vote, most likely. His
supporters are very fervent and loyal. Romney's supporters are pretty lukewarm on him. You rarely
meet a Romney supporter who is hung ho. Most are just falling in line. This could lead to a lower turnout
for Romney supporters--as they lack enthusiasm.

I don't have a crystal ball, but I do see Santorum winning, Paul coming in second and Romney placing third.

He never says anything that hasn't been focus group tested down to the last punctuation mark.

He's the candidate that the animation lab at Walt Disney Studios would create if they were asked to do so.

We were Romney's stepping stone. He lied through his teeth to get elected Governor here. And he was helped by the fact that his Dem opponent was weak and ran a bad campaign. But the repukes would never listen to us anyway.
