Man Arrested For Allegedly Taunting Yellowstone Bison In Viral Video

The guy in this video is such a dork!

A man who authorities say is the person seen in a viral video taunting a bison in Yellowstone National Park has been arrested.

The video, posted on Facebook by bystander Lindsey Jones on Wednesday, shows a man standing in the middle of a road, waving his arms and running back and forth in an apparent attempt to get the attention of a bison just feet away. The animal briefly chases him before walking away.

Park rangers say they identified the man in the video as 55-year-old Raymond Reinke.

Edit for another link. Evidently this guy does this type of stupid shit all the time: https://scallywagandvagabond.com/2018/08/raymond-reinke-yellowstone-bison-tormentor-arrested/

the legacy of the strongest, the fastest, the smartest, and those with the most stamina to outwit and outrun the white trash ancestors that massacred the other 99.99% of the buffalo population. So this guy was lucky to get away.

Of the original 30 million bison only about 1,000 survived a the end of the 1800s. Fortunately the boneheaded buffalo hunters were stopped in the nick of time, and what we are left with is a gene pool of biggest, fastest and meanest of the lineage whose parentage were able to run ahead of the rest of the herd during the shooting massacres of this majestic critter.

This moron was lucky the Bison could not get good traction on the asphalt.

.

One of the ways Native Americans used to kill bison, before obtaining firearms, was to send runners to lead them to their deaths. They would walk up to the bison, and then slowly walk away. The bison were curious and would follow. As they walked to the cliff's edge, they would start to pick up speed and run as fast as they could. The bison would keep up. At the last moment, the runners would cut right or left, and the bison would continue straight, falling to their deaths.
