Giuliani will, naturally, be counting on the ignorance and general gullibility of the typical Fox viewer (two pretty good bets, let's be honest) to make it look like courtroom testimony in a criminal trial is only offered up by the most simon pure witnesses.

I suspect the defense will do everything it can to discredit Gates. Otherwise Manafort should seek a plea deal.
