He is tampering with the jury and apparently it is completely legal if a judge does it.

Agree ^^^

I'm not liking the descriptions I'm hearing of this judge from those sitting in the courtroom observing this case.

What SHOULD be a slam dunk case from all I know, it's turning into ANYTHING but that because of this crazy and obviously biased for the defense judge.
