I think these are state charges, so Idiot cannot pardon him.

He was the first Representative to endorse Trump, but his district is far from NYC. It's possible they had some prior dealings, but I wouldn't bet on it. It would be nice if he had dirt to offer and was gutless enough to flip, but we may have to be satisfied that a scumbag got caught. Hopefully he will lose his seat and we can flip it blue.
