I've always considered liberal and progressive as synonymous, for instance...
So, I'd find it a bit hard to label myself-not to mention being liberal-progressive on most things, but, perhaps more centrist on others...?

But liberal is many times more centrist.. liberal literally means broad minded.. able to hear all sides before reaching a conclusion.. I always have problems trying to delineate between the two
