Of course not. Such studies only come to light decades later.

People don’t want to know about it, and any contemporaneous questions are met with skeptical condemnation as being absurd, unfounded conspiracy theories. And they are “unfounded”, meaning no evidence has been brought forward. But who could have believed any of the secret government studies would ever have happened, when they were happening. Injecting men with syphilis? Forced sterilization? Malaria? Hepatitis? Cancer cells? Whooping cough? Radiation? Plutonium? Dioxin? LSD? Mescalin?interrogation and mind control techniques? Electroshock? It’s all been done, to nonconsenting people.

So what kind of psychoactive drugs is DARPA working on these days? Has technology progressed to the point of implantable AI chips yet? If they weren’t planning to return these very isolated children to their parents, ever, what WERE they planning to do with them? We don’t see their faces, so if they show up as suddenly dangerous lone actors in five years, will we recognize them?

That’s all speculative crazy talk, right? What we do know: Three thousand kids were abducted. Some were injected, some were kept for a few weeks with a defense subcontractor in an office building, segregated by age and divided into distinctly different environments (tent cities in the desert, abandoned Walmart centers, school environments in Florida and a social center in New York City). Spirited off in the middle of the night, faces hidden.

The kid that was injected, who is scared of syringes now, was given a “thorough psychological evaluation” before release. Reminded me of a documentary I just saw, “Three Identical Strangers”, about twins and triplets intentionally separated at birth, adopted out to families of different parenting styles through the Louise Wise adoption agency in New York, and monitored throughout their childhood by psychologists as part of an experiment to test “nature vs. nurture”.

Another five year old, at a different facility, Southwest Key,, “repeatedly injected with something that made him fall asleep at his desk“. Limited stories coming out through the media, and the media has mainly moved on, because there are fires everywhere, both literal and figurative, at the moment. Regarding the kids being held in an office building by the defense subcontractor, I personally saw a TV report that showed a location in the building where a schedule of medicines was found.

It is a massively terrible, inhuman thing to have done to these kids, simply to have kidnapped and incarcerated them. Nothing worse needs to have happened; the separation from their families is criminal and tragic all by itself. But instead of being naive and trusting in humanity, history tells us we have reason to be wary and concerned. We have an obligation as citizens to be curious and diligent: is there more to the story than the misery and horror we already know?
