Way back when, didn't they say that the republican party paid for the dossier and then AFTER that the democrat party continued paying? Why do they never mention who paid for it in the beginning?

Who is "they"? Repukes? "They" don't mention it because it doesn't fit the narrative.

"Democrat" is a noun. A person is a Democrat.
"Democratic" is an adjective. As in Democratic Party.
Nobody but ignorant republicans say "Democrat Party."
