WTF?!? Trump Administration determines that banks aren't part of "financial services" industry,

making them eligible for an extra $2.5B in tax breaks. Unfuckingbelievable. And the theft continues.

If they're not part of the FSI, what exactly would be? Payday loan stores?

We'll probably hear credit card companies, but those are almost all issued through banks!
