(4,139 posts)Presuming that it will be ruled null and void, this would open up a huge can of worms for the WH since it would free every former staffer from their NDA's. Fart's lawyers may feel they have no choice, since to do nothing would be the same as having no NDA at all, but this is likely to end badly for the WH. They would have a much better case against Omarosa by going after her for security violations.

I don't know jack about NDAs except that they scare the fuck out of people who sign them.
