from 'Safe republican' to 'Leans republican' two months ago when a poll was released showing Janz trailing by a whopping eight points. Since then, Nunes has been taking a LOT of hits from the media, and it doesn't take a rocket surgeon to figure the gap has narrowed even more. I'm not suggesting Janz will win, but I would not be surprised if the race is further downgraded to 'To close to call' by election day, especially if Nunes keeps opening his pie hole.

I'm a conspiracy guy, so I have my suspicions that Russia will make sure that he wins this election.

I think the fact he knows how safe he is, means he feels like he can do whatever he wants, and get away with it.

I realize some here think he'll get hooked into the Mueller investigation, but I have my doubts.

For reelection, he has to hold off personal disaster for another 83 days, < 12 weeks now...! In any case, he is an outstanding example of what cannot be allowed to remain in congress.
