Just compare the vocabulary he uses to attack, as an example, Nancy Pelosi. It's not the same at all. Look at the ways he attacks Hillary Clinton. See the pattern? He has a "special" way of attacking Caucasian women that doesn't match the way he attacks women (and men) of color.

Isn't that what it means? As in, "she's a real dog". He can't use racial slurs (in public) so he resorts to this.
