I have stopped hoping that we will wake up some morning soon and find that

this whole Trump nightmare has been just that---a really bad dream.

I now hope---with no real evidence to base it on--- that the many good people of this nation will reach the point where the emotional cost or psychologically strain of finding some slender reed of justification for the Trump abomination is just more thanthey can bear. I hope that we will---soon---reach the "That's enough of this bullshit!" moment and scrape this dreck out of our White House. We will then make sure that Pence understands he is a placeholder, approve Joe Biden to reprise his VP role, take a deep breath and triage the many repairs necessary to heal our democracy.
