It has to go into recount. There is no.option,especially since they dismissed a number of votes.

Johnson County. Colyer gained 300 votes but the SoS office says Kobach won by about that amount.

Guess who is the SoS?

3. I think the courts should have come in to oversee the recount--hired a special master

Colyer needs to contest this. After hearing about all the R shenanigans with the provisional ballots, there definitely must be a fair recount.
